dairy alternatives

 

cheese—-> goats milk cheese (preferably raw) because the enzymes in goats are much closer to ours than those in cow’s, sheep’s milk, raw cow’s milk (least desirable in this list)

milk—-> almond, hemp, rice milk & cashew milk (recipe here)

yogurt—-> for probiotic benefits: raw sauerkraut (recipe here), a daily probiotic, kimchee (recipe here)

for recipes or because you enjoy eating yogurt—-> goat’s milk kefir, coconut yogurt (recipe here)
